Application Guidelines

1. Substrate Preparation: Ensure the background surface (wood, metal, or drywall) is structurally rigid, clean, dry, and entirely free of grease, oil, rust, or loose paint flakes.
2. Mixing: Master-Fix T29 is supplied in pre-measured ratios. Empty the liquid Hardener (Part B) completely into the paste Resin (Part A) container. Use a slow-speed mechanical paddle mixer to blend thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, uniform color paste.
3. Application: Apply the smooth paste to the surface using an appropriately sized notched trowel. For heavy oversized tiles or exterior back-claddings, back-buttering (applying a thin scratch-coat of adhesive directly to the back of the tile) is strongly recommended to ensure 100% full-bed transfer.
4. Tile Setting: Press the tiles firmly into the combed adhesive bed with a slight twisting motion. Tap gently using a rubber mallet to achieve flat alignment. Leave suitable joint clearances utilizing high-quality tile spacers.
